Our Policies

STR, our parent company, is committed to delivering a service to the highest professional standards. As such, we have a number a Policies and Accreditations in place that demonstrates this.

As a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), we agree to abide by the REC Code of Professional Practice. By following the Code we actively demonstrate our commitment to professional and ethical recruitment, providing a service based on honesty, respect and equality for all, and integrity and social responsibility.

Our Accreditations

Membership of the REC means you are dealing with a recruitment agency that is committed to following best practice in recruitment. REC members sign up to the REC's Code of Professional Practice that provides a set of quality assurances for employers and jobseekers alike. Members with REC-audited status have been independently confirmed as fully compliant with industry regulations and best practice.

STR has the full certification to the Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008, an internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management. The term 'quality' refers to all those features of a product or service which are required by the customer. An organisation's 'Quality Management' refers to an organisation's actions to ensure that its products or services satisfy customer quality requirements and complies with any regulations applicable to those products or services.
